Nothing in these terms of use shall exclude or limit the liability of the Club for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for its fraud.

2. Copyright and Trade Marks

This website and its design, text, graphics, illustrations, images and other feed (audio and video), the selection and arrangement thereof and software are copyright of the Club or their licensors. The trade marks depicted on this website are the property of the Club, or their licensors and they retain all rights in such trade marks.

The sports audio and video recordings are used under licence and with the permission of the relevant proprietor.

The sports archive photographs are supplied and used under licence from EMPICS Limited, the Club and others.

All rights are reserved and reproduction of part or all of the contents of this site is prohibited other than in accordance with the following permissions:

(i) permission is granted to download the materials contained on this website to a single personal computer and to print a hard copy of such materials solely for personal, non-commercial use.

(ii) permission is granted for you to copy extracts of texts from news articles that appear on this website (excluding without limitation photographs, illustrations, logos, match reports, match statistics, and audio and video materials) for non commercial supply, in text format only, to individual third parties for their personal, non commercial use, but only if:
