Stadium of Light tours are available most days of the week, except on matchdays.
The club's expert tour guides will show you around the home of Sunderland AFC for over 60 minutes, where you will get a players' eye view of the Stadium of Light, including the chance to walk down the tunnel, check out the dressing rooms and try out the manager's seat in the dug-out.

Our exclusive Legends Tours give fans both a unique behind-the-scenes sneak inside the stadium as well as getting to meet one of the club's all-time greats.
Jimmy Montgomery, a 1973 FA Cup winner and a living legend among supporters, will be on hand to show fans around Sunderland's hiome - the full package includes a full stadium tour, a question and answer session with Montgomery, refreshments in an executive box, a signed picture of the goalkeeping legend himself, a personalised certificate and a discount voucher for the club's official stores.
Those on the tours will not only get to see everything they would normally get to see, including the dressing rooms, the manager's office and the players' tunnel area, but they will be escorted by one of the club's all-time greatest players and will have plenty opportunity to speak to Jimmy and ask him questions.
Tours cost £35 adults and £18 concessions (over-65s and under-16s).
