Tickets for two upcoming Barclays Premier League home games will go on sale next week.
Fans can purchase general sale seats for the Christmas visits of Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur from 9am on Monday (December 3).
Roberto Mancini's reigning league champions head north on Boxing Day for an eagerly-anticipated clash on Wearside (KO 3pm).
This fixture has been classified as Category A with ticket prices starting at £32 adults and £15 under-16s.
Andre Villas-Boas' Spurs then arrive at the Stadium of Light on Saturday 29thDecember (KO 12.45pm).
Tickets for the Category B fixture are priced from £27 adults and £1 under-16s.
Adult season card holders can buy an under-16 match ticket for just £1, while non season card holders can also take advantage of the special offer when purchasing a full-price adult ticket.
