Noble extends Pools loan

Striker to remain at Victoria Park.

Sunderland striker Ryan Noble has extended his loan spell with Npower League One side Hartlepool.

The 21-year-old made the move to Victoria Park at the start of October and will now remain with Pools until December 8.

Noble has started seven times so far for United, who are currently bossed by Micky Barron following Neale Cooper's departure.

He has scored once - a spectacular strike from long range against Bury last month.

Noble also spent time with Pools last season and has had previous loan spells with Watford and Derby County.
