FULL TIME Derby County 1 Sunderland 1. All square here at Pride Park as the two sides cancelled each other out with a second-half goal apiece. James McClean opened the scoring with a low drive and it looked like that might be enough for Sunderland, only for Nathan Tyson to pop up with an equaliser a minute from time. Thanks very much for joining us here on safc.com - we'll be back for the visit to Leicester on Saturday.

89 - GOAL Derby County 1 Sunderland 1. Derby look to have snatched a point here. Hoganson digs out a cross from the left and there's Tyson to head in from close range.

87 - Sunderland win a corner and the ball comes out as far as Billy Knott, who scythes a shot towards goal only to see his effort blocked.

86 - Barrera, Gjokas, Doyle and Davies on for Brayford, Robinson, Ward and Jacobs. There you go!

86 - Some players have come off, and others have come on. Anyway, there's four minutes left.

85 - Derby to make FOUR subs with five minutes left.

82 - Derby still pushing, mainly down the wings, as they win a corner which is eventually hacked away after the hosts tried to over-play the ball on the edge of the box.

80 - There goes the goalscorer as McClean comes off and is replaced by youngster Billy Knott.

79 - Another change for Derby as Paul Coutts comes off to be replaced by James Bailey.

78 - The Rams pile forward again as a free kick comes to naught, as does a deep cross to the back post.

77 - Derby pressing now and Sunderland have some defending to do as a cross flashes across the box without anyone getting on the end of it.

75 - Ryan Noble will get a 15-minute run out off the bench as he replaces David Meyler.

74 - Almost a second goal! Elmohamady breaks away and puts in a great cross from the right but the sliding Campbell just can't get a touch - inches away.

71 - Great effort there from James - it would have been easy to sky it but he kept his composure, kept his head over the ball and drilled it home.

71 - GOAL Derby County 0 Sunderland 1. There's the breakthrough the visitors were looking for. Richardson drives down the left and finds McClean, who shoots low and beats Fielding from a narrow angle.

70 - Second change for Derby as Naylor is replaced by Michael Hoganson.

68 - So close to an opener. Campbell beats Fielding to a long ball forward and manages to poke the ball past the keeper, but Tom Naylor is on hand to clear from inside the six yard box as the ball bobbles towards the empty net.

66 - Great run by Campbell smack down the middle of the pitch but he ends up being dispossessed by a Derby defender right on the penalty spot with the visiting fans half-heartedly claiming for a spot kick. Then Larsson pulls a shot wide.

64 - Attacking free kick for Sunderland, taken by Seb Larsson who aims a high ball towards the back post but it drops wide without anyone getting a touch.

63 - Attacking change for Derby - former Nottingham Forest striker Nathan Tyson enters the fray in place of midfielder Hughes.

61 - Free-kick comes into the Sunderland box, up goes the heads and Robinson gets there but his effort is well wide.

61 - That's a really good driving run from Jacobs, who causes the Sunderland defence plenty of concern but then plays a ball into the offside Ward and play is pulled up.

56 - Good ball from Richardson through to Larsson, whose cross is hacked away from Campbell. That's the first time Sunderland have got around the back of the Derby defence this half.

55 - Better from Sunderland, who are starting to press forward with Elmohamady now playing on the right of midfield with Meyler at right back.

53 - Derby pressing Sunderland back a little in the opening exchanges of this second half as Ward shoots low at Mignolet, who gathers easily. We're just taking a little drinks break now.

52 - Then Robinson looks to get a sight of goal but he's well marshalled by Cuellar, who clears the ball high into touch.

51 - First chance of the half and it goes to Derby. Will Hughes produces a good run but is forced across the face of the penalty area before blasting a shot well wide.

50 - Elmohamady gets in a dangerous cross from the right but Seb Larsson can't get there and the ball is cleared.

47 - Derby straight on the attack as Robinson streaks onto a through ball but Mignolet is smartly off his line to gather.

46 - We're under way again here - Lee Cattermole and Kieran Richardson on for Craig Gardner and Blair Adams. Neither were announced by the stadium PA!

The players are just coming back out here - we'll wait and see if there's any changes!

HALF TIME: Derby County 0 Sunderland 0. Goalless at the break but chances for both sides, with the hosts hitting the post once and Sunderland twice. McClean and Cuellar were the men denied for Martin O'Neill's side, who have also forced Derby keeper Frank Fielding into a number of excellent saves. Simon Mignolet's had a couple of efforts to field, too, so it's delicately poised after the first 45. Join us soon for the second half here on safc.com.

45 - Hendrick shoots from distance but it's wide and that should be about it for the first half.

42 - Robinson cuts inside and fires off a shot which is easily held by Mignolet - the striker is kicking himself as he knew he didn't do the position he was in justice there.

40 - Paul Coutts' effort from the edge of the box is well blocked by Adams - this is definitely an end-to-end game!

39 - Sunderland are getting some joy down the left hand side where McClean and Adams are maurauding. The latter wriggles into some space and gets a shot off, but Fielding is well positioned and drops on the ball.

38 - Seven minutes to go until the break and it's still goalless here. Plenty to think about for the managers of both sides.

37 - A chip into the box by Hendrick is acrobatically turned away by Mignolet, but there was little real danger as the ball was drifting wide. David Meyler eventually hacks the loose ball away, Peter Kay-style.

35 - Gardner fires wide at the other end after good play from Campbell and McClean. He was being closed down quickly and the Derby defence seem to have recognised his threat and are throwing defenders out to him and every opportunity.

34 - Another effort from Ward but this one's wide - Sunderland need to close down the little striker who is getting plenty of room in which to feed on Robinson's knock-downs.

32 - That chance seems to have woken Derby up a little and they're having a nice little spell now.

30 - Derby reply though Ward's 20-yard blast which Mignolet turns away, and though Robinson was in close attendance he manages to clear the ball. Sunderland break but Gardner can't get a touch on a ball forward and the chance is gone.

29 - Cynical foul by Keogh on McClean. The referee has a word and would probably have been a yellow card in a league game, but this is of course only a friendly.

29 - Fielding called into action again - Campbell robs the dawdling Richard Keogh and drives a cross-shot across goal which is well gathered by the keeper.

25 - The Black Cats are well on top, with Gardner in particular causing some real problems with his driving runs from midfield. Plenty of space for James McClean on the left, too.

24 - The chances keep coming for Sunderland. This time it's Campbell who lays the ball off for Gardner, but his shot is wild and flies way over the top and into the empty stand behind the goal.

23 - Sunderland denied by the post AGAIN! A scramble in the box sees the ball ping straight to the feet of Carlos Cuellar, whose shot finds the face of the post and bounces away.

22 - Well played Frank Fielding. McClean finds Gardner with a good ball and the midfielder curls a shot towards the far corner, but the Derby keeper springs across to turn the ball behind.

18 - Good ball through by Jacobs into the path of Robinson, but Mignolet's off his line quickly to scoop the ball away to safety. You wouldn't mess with him in that bright orange kit, like the Tango man coming out of goal at you!

15 - Well, this one has burst into life. A flurry of chances for both teams but no-one's on the scoresheet yet as Sunderland look to settle things down. Derby having a nice spell of possession.

11 - Another chance for Derby as Ward shoots from 20 yards, but his low effort is well watched by Simon Mignolet who gathers comfortably. Good save.

10 - Chance for Derby as Jeff Hendrick bursts down the left and his low cross strikes a defender and hits the post before bouncing away. Then it's straight up the other end as McClean finds space and hits the post with a bullet of a shot. Madness!

8 - Sunderland's play is certainly looking sharper than it did at Helsingborgs as Meyler bursts forward and fires in a shot which is well held by Fielding.

7 - Quiet start to the game so far with neither side on top and Derby trying to exploit the pace of their front two of Robinson and Jamie Ward.

5 - Decent move by Sunderland opens up space for Adams, whose high cross is half-cleared by a defender and eventually gathered by keeper Frank Fielding.

4 - First corner of the game goes to Derby as Theo Robinson's cross is blocked by John O'Shea who was attempting to shepherd the ball out of play. The resulting set piece is well cleared by Blair Adams.

2 - Derby with the first attack of the game down the right but it's broken up by a superb tackle from David Meyler on Will Hughes. Then it's back up the other end as a dangerous cross is cleared.

1 - We're under way here with Derby kicking from left to right with Sunderland defending the goal behind which their fans are located.
